Ivy Cheng

Chuiha CHENG ( IvyC ) is an internationally renowned designer who was awarded the title of 100 Global Outstanding Chinese in 2023. Her works have been invited to be displayed in Times Square in New York, USA, and have been made into postage stamps by the postal offices of France, Belgium and the Netherlands.

IvyC has been interested in art and painting since she was a child. She once studied carving ivory from the ivory carving master Baoguang Ruan. Under the influence of her father's art, she was proficient in ivory carving and shaving techniques at a young age. She has participated in international jewellery design competitions and won three Hong Kong championships. She won the "Best Jewelry Design Award in Asia" in 1994 and the "Hong Kong and Shenzhen Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation Award" in 2017. Her original jewelry works were selected as the exclusive sponsor by the organizing organizations of "Miss Talent China International Competition" and "Miss Chinese World International Competition", and she served as a judge and award presenter for the events.

IvyC has been dedicated to revitalizing traditional Chinese ivory carving art and integrating its essence into jewellery design for many years, and has won numerous awards. In 2023, she was awarded the 100 Global Outstanding Chinese and the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Award 2023" issued by the Hong Kong Youth Chamber of Commerce. IvyC combines the essence of Chinese and Western culture to push the environmentally-friendly and precious ivory art to its peak!
